Justice Kedar Nath Upadhyay, Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission of Nepal on the Occasion of the 13th Anniversary Day of the Commission Pokhara, May 27, 2013राष्ट्रिय मानव अधिकार आयोगको स्थापना दिवस मनाउन यस सुन्दर नगरी पोखरामा हाम्रो साथ दिन पाल्नु हुने समस्त अतिथिबृन्दलाई म हार्दिक स्वागत र अभिवादन गर्दछु । साथै यस वर्षस्वर्गीय दयाराम परियार स्मृति मानव अधिकार सम्मानबाट सम्मानीत हुनुहुने वरिष्ठ मानवअधिकारकर्मी टेकनाथ बराल र डा. शिवमाया तुम्बाहाङ्फेलाई बधाई दिन चाहन्छु र आगामी दिनहरूमा विगतमा झै उहाँहरुको मानव अधिकारको क्षेत्रमा निरन्तर सक्रियताको लागि शुभकामना समेत व्यक्त गर्न चाहन्छु । On behalf of the National Human Rights Commission, I heartily welcome all the guests to the celebration organized to mark the 13th Anniversary Day of the Commission in this beautiful Lake City Pokhara. I would also like to extend my felicitations to the senior human rights activists Teknath Baral and Dr. Shivamaya Tumbahangphey to be shortly honored with the “Late Dayaram Memorial Human Rights Award’ and express my best wishes for their continued work in the field of human rights in the days ahead as well.
